Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an intervention through which users identify and understand how they think about themselves, other people and the environment around him, how and what they think affects their way of acting and to feel that.
What aspects IMPROVEMENT?
CBT helps people change their way of thinking (cognitive) and his way of acting (behavioral). These changes cause a person to feel better about herself (increases their self-esteem, security itself, etc.) e, in consecuense, improve their performance in all areas in which it develops (family, friends, college).
